It’s competitive most of the time

Friendly coworkers. Laid-back work when boss isn't around.

Deceptively small workplace masquerading as a large workplace. Lying egomanic boss. Absurd rules made by insane boss. Soul crushing hours. Pyramid scheme like structure. Toxicly positive environment. Self-contradicting company culture. More interested in following the script than making the sale, to the point of self-destructing sales that didn't follow the script. Boss openly makes and participates in empathy-less revenge schemes. They'll probably track me down and fire me over making this review rather than accepting criticism. Wildly disorganized. Boss expects us to discuss our personal finances with him in the guise of setting "goals", but really does it in hopes of breaking us into thinking he's the only way we can be successful.
