The vibe is a small, creative company where everyone works remotely. Its owners are friendly and genuinely seem to care about everyone's opinions. I work from home with a simple setup - laptop and cell phone. Although the clients can be very demanding, my coworkers are usually realistic about deadlines and there's a spirit of teamwork. I feel like I can joke around with everyone, but we also get a LOT of hard work done quickly. And short meetings! This is the most efficient place I have ever worked in terms of having meetings. They're usually 15 to 30 minutes max, with follow-up by email or Slack.

The pay isn't huge, but that's a trade-off for being able to work a flexible schedule from home. There's no real IT support so tech problems can be a pain. It's definitely a fast-paced company, which I like, but it wouldn't work for somebody who likes a slow pace.
