In the more recent period, I felt that the focus shifted slightly more toward targets and less toward employee well-being. Nothing major, but paying closer attention to the needs and engagement of the team would make an already good environment even better.

IFT value work-life balance, with early finishes at 1 PM on Fridays and monthly team-building games. Employees are treated with professionalism and fairness.
