Asks to return back to office after 7.30pm even if employee leaves for the day. 7. Has no projects to work on and fills in his Google calender with his personal tasks (like daughter appointment, dinner with family etc) and doesnt gives his time for meetings and deliverables at office and blames employees to not have finished the task on time. 8. Discriminates about work performance among other employees publicly. 9. Doesn't value and appreciates employees contribution to success rather highlights non-existant negativity of work 10.
