Remote work was great. Loved the team.

They fired the entire ESR team with no notice and without explanation, even though we followed the directions of our managers and did what we were told to do. If that sounds good for you go for it. Lots of people left and started a new company.

-Higher management is in UK so things take forever -severe lack of communication -no direction -low commissions -no training -tech stack is awful -no one has an answer to anything -2 weeks severance package
