      It will be around 1.5 years working in Incedo, you will be having time to study for your skill development except for some cases. It depends on the project in my case some days I am able to learn from the project which I am working on apart from that I am able to get some time to improve my skill.

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.
