Staffing company with big talks empty box - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Incedo

No career growth, broken management, new CEO is an investor in the company and has got in all new management from him old companies who have no clue of the business and activities, don't pay on time. Promises are not kept up. All departments work in silos and no coordination. Many of the positive reviews are written by the new HR for better social media visibility. All big talks by Heads but it's an empty box inside just doing some staffing work. They hardly have 5 to 6 clients and only 1 is big which has now reduced it's volume of outsourcing and business with other clients are negligible.
