Well, just like many other companies that are right above the start up mark and in hyper growth mode, Incedo has its challenges and hick ups too. Yes, there is often a bit of chaos and lack of process, but that is in no way, a deal breaker for me! I see it as a motivator to do more!!! I have received solid opportunities to collaborate and do heavy interaction with senior leaders to initiate changes and execute them.
