      As a college hire, this was my first industry experience in the United States and I was impressed with how the management, work is streamlined. I have to credit the HR for the smooth onboarding and the DS team is one of those like minded highly professional and competent in their field.

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
