      - they value teamwork - very nice work culture - they offered training and it is mandatory - they respect dev teams - flexible work hours and fully remote work - the management are solid with work-life balance, you're not allowed to go overtime unless necessary such times as Production deployment and you can either file as OverTime pay or inlieu the hours the next day.
