Management dont care about their staff, no morale. They don't encourage, train, appreciate or support in anyway. Unethical practices with staff and customers We didn't get paid for working saturdays and had to take the time back in LIEU. Only interested in figures. Dont care about tje staff or the customer experience. Long working hours, which i feel are outdated compared to other companies. Lack of communication and 'every man for himself' atmosphere, people will throw you under tje bus if it gets them out of trouble.
