I worked for this company for over 10 years and honestly wouldn’t have stayed as long if it wasn’t for the amazing management and people, I felt fully supported and encouraged, the work in the contact centre was easy to manage and pick up (if you are new) and it is great pay for the work you do. A fun, sociable place to work, can be busy at times with call volumes but the days go quick if you are busy. Mostly on the phones with some admin work so don’t apply if you don’t like a numb bum! :)

Work can get a little mundane if you don’t like being on the phones a lot and customers can sometimes be difficult but if you are good on the phone and know how to handle the odd dissatisfied customer you will be fine.
