There are absolutely no pros to working at this company.

Doesn't Recommend Negative Outlook I worked at Incipient (NJ) as an intern (More than a year) Pros There are absolutely no pros to working at this company. Cons The CEO screams and belittles employees, making it a very unpleasant workplace. The stress level is so high that you can feel it in the air. He makes false promises, said that he would pay me after working unpaid for a few months (said that he would monitor my work for that time, Seems fair). Never paid me after though. Hires only Students and tells them that this is an unpaid internship and will never pay them. The CEO is not technical. He doesn't care about what you go through to get the work done, He just wants the work done. If they were any technical they would understand the struggle the employee goes through in developing a software. I have never seen him deliver to his clients on time. Work environment sucks. I used to work for like 10 hours a day on an average, used to work on weekends also. ( sometimes would c0me to work at 8am and used to leave at 9 pm). He even criticizes me on how long I will have my lunch.

First of all, Don't get fooled by the company name. It is not even a company. It is a consultancy with 4 employees. They will hire only Indian students for unpaid internship or co-op saying that they will give you full time(full time they mean is consultancy with fake experience). There are only 4 employees in the consultancy and they are only good at sending stackoverflow links if you have any doubts. Their concerns towards security of any product they build is worst. If you don't believe my review please ask the products they are working on and see the user experience(Don't believe unless they show their name on the product). CEO is very good at manipulating you by his colorful words. Worst consultancy which targets needy Indian students and make them work for free in the form of unpaid internship and co-op. I repeat "CEO is a good manipulator and it is a consultancy which is not having any clients to get you a job".
