Lack of professional, respectful, and inclusive treatment of staff; lack of collaboration and team-based approach; consistent micromanagement by leadership; willingness of leadership to discredit staff to both internal and external constituents; willingness to demand more work without appropriate compensation and resources; consistent failure to provide sufficient guidance to produce high-level work; does not embody a feminist culture or working environment
