There is only 1 person who is the IT Manager and under him there is only one system admin IT Manager has outsourced almost everything he has vendors for every technical domain and does not grant access to the system admin to look into the issues prior to escalation to the vendor

Average pay but great add ons with high super, insurances and time off. Good people doing good things inspires you to do more.

Very political as board is highly involved in the day to day running of the company which means way too many stakeholders on every small decision. Often decisions are made not on a sound business basis but due to pressure from above with little logic, knowledge or data to back it up. Very frustrating and demotivating. No training at all so you can stagnate while you are there. Patchy executive team - the worst who are shockingly sexist and bully others.
