There's a version of a PM job where you spend most of your time in status meetings, writing decks nobody reads, and chasing engineers to ship features. Increff is the opposite of that. From my second month here I was in rooms with enterprise clients, understanding their operations firsthand, and translating that into product decisions that actually shipped. The trust leadership extends to PMs is genuinely rare. The warrior culture they talk about isn't aggressive — it's about caring deeply and refusing to do mediocre work. My manager has pushed me harder than I've pushed myself, and I'm grateful for it.
