Vantaggi
- My co-workers were great and very friendly, easy to work with - Solid benefits
Svantaggi
- Salary is falling behind other companies in the industry - Advancement opportunities are there, but aren't as common as they should be - CEO has a weird, pathological aversion to allowing WFH flexibility - Upper level management has absolutely no idea what its plan for the future of the company is Constant changes in focus and inability to commit to a plan is leading to many employees leaving the company. This is causing a cascading failure where, because a good manager leaves and the company has no vision or urgency to replace them, the employees under that former manager languish, and then they begin leaving the company too. I can't overstate just how many people have left Incyte lately, and how little has been done to staunch the bleeding. The company just seems to be crippled with indecision on everything, unable to respond to issues that keep growing. While the business will survive for a while, they have no concrete plans for the future. Everything the company puts out ends up being underwhelming at best, and there is no real plan in place to turn things around.
