Vantaggi

I've worked here for a long time and it's been the best job I've ever had in virtually every aspect. Many things have changed over the years, some for better and some for worse. Many here in R&D have been employees for a decade or longer, which is really impressive retention for a tech company. - Fantastic work/life balance - Generous PTO policy - Great culture and values - Good compensation (but not universally true for every role)

Svantaggi

I don't have much hope left for the company with this leadership team. The recently returning CEO only cares about their personal success and making money at any cost. He's unqualified to lead a technology company and ignorantly believes that using AI is going to solve all of our problems. At this point almost everyone here is keeping their resume ready and planning an exit strategy. The morale and culture have been eroding for years now. Most are too afraid to speak out because there is extremely little trust left with company leaders. There's absolutely no way to know if you will be safe from the next layoff. - Incompetent CEO, as well as a weak senior leadership team - Frequent (quarterly) re-orgs and change in company priorities - Frequent (monthly) layoffs with no regard to performance or tenure - Broken organization and mismanagement - Perpetual instability due to all of the above

Vantaggi

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Svantaggi

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
