Vantaggi

I have been working at Indeed for a few years now and there are genuinely things I appreciate about the company. The benefits package is strong, health insurance, pension contributions and employee perks that you do not always find elsewhere. The team culture is one of the highlights. The work environment is collaborative and supportive, and the company organises employee events and team lunches that help build real connections with your colleagues. In terms of career progression, the path is not always clearly defined and can vary depending on the team and the moment. Like many companies in the tech industry, Indeed has also gone through restructuring in recent years, which has affected colleagues and created some uncertainty. That said, compared to early-stage startups, it remains a more structured and established organisation. Overall a good place to work if you value a solid benefits package, good people and a stable day-to-day environment.

Svantaggi

The product and processes change frequently, and the information communicated around those changes is not always clear or well-structured. This makes it difficult to adapt quickly, and by the time you have fully adjusted, things tend to change again. It can be frustrating and affects the day-to-day workflow more than it should.

Vantaggi

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Svantaggi

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
