The previous post about Search Quality could not be more accurate. Since the previous post made back in March, aside from a team meeting, nothing has changed. Favoritism is still very predominant on some of the sub-teams. The only constant in this team is the frequent Org changes. The pay is low and there is absolutely no value for existing employees. While you may have been an employee for 2+ years, without warning, you may be put on probation. Newer employees are paid higher and are given more value.
