Entire company is ran by engineering head, all other function heads are impotent and have 0 voice. Indeed refuses to let anyone go, even people who are clearly toxic and create a terrible work environment, so if you want to get paid with 0 accountability for your contributions (or lack thereof) then this is the place for you.
