7yThanks so much for leaving us a review about your time working for us at Indeed. It’s really important for us that we provide great workspaces and perks for our employees in our offices, and we try to cater to all needs where possible.
We are aware that we need to focus even more on manager training and continually strive for a diverse balance of talent within our organization, and appreciate this feedback.
In regards to rewarding our employees, we research compensation in each market where we compete for talent, and have a dedicated benefits team that are continually adjusting levels based on data and feedback. When it comes to the feedback around not being paid for leave not taken from your standard holiday allowance, this is incorrect. If you leave the business with holiday leave remaining, you will be compensated for this. The Open PTO is a benefit on top of this so would not fall under the same conditions.
