6yHi there. We’re disappointed to read that you felt your leadership team has not been able to meet your expectations.
As the Engineering Chief of Staff one of my biggest priorities is to make sure the organization constantly reviews and refines our hiring, performance management, and progress-through-level processes. This helps us make sure we are as effective and efficient as possible. We also review market compensation data at least once a year and make appropriate adjustments to stay competitive.
We work very hard to create a great environment for our employees, and we’re glad that you enjoy the perks. But it’s not just about the perks. Our goal is to be the best place to work where our employees feel valued, engaged, and productive, and that every team member has the opportunity to make significant impact to Indeed’s mission of helping people get jobs.
