It is also our priority to make sure we are listening and acting on the concerns and suggestions of our staff, as they are the ones who help build us up as a company, and are our biggest and most valuable assets.
We care deeply about our employee experience and want everyone to feel like they belong and are valued for the work they do at Indeed. Our managers are held accountable in our business to their leadership roles and we continuously monitor that through engagement surveys and manager performance reviews. These conversations also help us identify team members who deserve recognition for the work they’re doing, and those who might need a bit more support to get to where they want to be.
