Senior leadership rolls out large product changes that affect the client drastically and then a few months later will just scrap the whole thing. Often times these changes greatly disrupt Employer hiring processes and strategies which causes a lot of confusion, frustration, and churn. Our goals would also often take a total 180 turn each quarter which could make it hard to find your groove. You have to be very very adaptable.
