Some good venues to work at, but there's not enough of them to go around

Lost some great contracts such as stadiums and inner city hotels up north and decent hours are scarce.
Getting in touch with support is nearly impossible most days eg staff can no longer directly email. 1- 3 hour waits on their own chat platform is the norm in the middle of the day.

Poor communication and unclear updates
Job instability (assignments can end suddenly)
Weak support when workers get sick or have issues
Unclear or inconsistent attendance expectations
Decisions feel automated and impersonal
Little transparency around termination or assignment changes
