      - Disrespectful and condescending leadership. - Low pay and lack of recognition for bilingual skills and extra work. - Constant changes in tasks and responsibilities without proper training or compensation. - Unrealistic expectations and unattainable goals. - Broken promises and lack of support from HR. - Toxic work environment leading to stress and anxiety. - Not enough Clients to provide meaningful employment to the Temp-Workers on Indeed Flex's platform. - No longer a "remote first" company.

      Lack of respect toward workers Poor communication and unclear updates Job instability (assignments can end suddenly) Weak support when workers get sick or have issues Unclear or inconsistent attendance expectations Decisions feel automated and impersonal Little transparency around termination or assignment changes
