When the management changed for our particular project, thats when work became hectic. Yearly increament is just single digit. Make you work overtime and on weekends due to client demands. No promotions. Low performance rating even though work is completed with quality work. no understanding of the groundwork reality. People who were suppose to work as per their designation were absent. Giving feedback in a disrespectful or humiliating manner.
