Independence Blue Cross, they have the associates that run the company. They are worry not to upset the associates of the company, while the associates (not all, but most), are lacking in production of paperwork on time. Plus my husband is having to fix all of the mistakes of the assoicates, because the higher ups, don't want to address the real needs of the company. Because my husband is white and the associates are mostly black, they just recent told him, they don't like him, they rather have the old manager of the department, because he didn't have them be accountable for their work. Just don't work for them, my husband will be filling for a lawsuit before you know it.
