The Staff at BHS is so friendly, welcoming and of course talented and skilled. I loved working there.

I was hired to administer vaccinations for period of time, and I was sad when it ended.

The first department I worked in was great.

I work at Westmoreland Hospital as a phlebotomist. While the role provided experience in phlebotomy and patient care, my experience was severely impacted by management’s disregard for employee health. As someone with type 1 diabetes, I repeatedly raised concerns about my health and the need for a stable schedule, but these concerns were completely dismissed by two supervisors. My schedule was frequently changed without consideration, making it extremely difficult to manage my condition. The lack of support and empathy from management created a stressful and unsustainable work environment. I cannot recommend this workplace for anyone who requires understanding or flexibility regarding health needs.
