Caring environment, opportunity to grow and learn, caring management, co workers were great, pay is good, employees have a voice. Chief operators have always been top tier and have gone the extra step.

None, I never had any issues. Being a smaller firm there are going to be bumps in the road, with the foundation in place as mentioned made it great to overcome.

Absolutely nothing! There's zero pros, but all the cons. Just stay away!

Expectations are unreasonable, pay is well below the market average, employees get zero recognition for their work, managers are rude and incredibly hostile, etc. There's literally no reason why you would want to work here!
