I loved my co-workers who turned into friends

All management has zero knowledge of the trade and try to undermine the professionals who do the work. I've spent almost 14 years with this company and not once got paid for the daily overtime. You also don't get paid if you can complete the job because of salesman mistakes, which totaled over $3000 in my last two months before having enough respect to quit. You get treated VERY poorly and most installers/salesman would love to leave but stay because they DO enjoy their job.

The biggest problem is management!! No paid vacations, no paid sick days and an extremely stressful environment along with excessive office gossip/rumors and inappropriate behavior from management. Management is too close to each other which means you cannot go to management with problems that involve other manager's because of the "situation". Only certain employees are allowed to get away with constant complaints from customers and constant mistakes. Management does not take responsibility for their actions but instead blames it on other people.
