Did not have the chance to locate cons since it was only an internship

The company hierarchy must align in their efforts to operate the organization effectively, rather than engaging in sabotaging behaviors for personal gain and addressing staff members with disrespect. Gaining proficiency in producing quality products within a company requires time and mentorship provided by genuine leadership.
