1. Amazing team 2. HR is courteous and empathetic 3. If you are an intern /fresher this the place to be .( Move out as soon as you gain experience)

1. Salaries are below the average industry rate ( Appraisal's stink,very little% hike) 2. Boss has traditional approach towards work ,he is not at all ambitious and is extremely partial and disrespectful. 3. Very little support for the employees 4. Management has an interest in office politics 5. If you join them with experience in hand, be prepared to be proved wrong, your career growth will be next to nil and your experience wouldn't be respected . 6. Too much of external involvement

Management is quite approachable Healthy work environment Young team with like minded people Not like your usual corporates that have stressful work culture and impossible targets

My only concern while I was working here was with the washroom. They have just one washroom between all the employees... however, this was the scene some 4 years back.. if that is sorted, I can't really think of any other major cons here..
