We are expected to be out on the field despite this extreme heat, and there's a strict rule: if you don't close at least 2 meetings in a single day, you lose your attendance for that day entirely. It feels incredibly harsh to lose a day's credit just because a client rescheduled or the weather was unbearable. I'm struggling to balance the hustle with the physical toll of being outdoors all day.
