Work life balance was great along with having an awesome team to collaborate with. Onsite clinic and cafeteria are a major perk. TEAMWORK, Quality and Saftey are drilled home when it comes to the culture, and environment is inviting.

In my position, it was the working from home after hours, but it was to be expected in production control, it wasn’t that bad.

Great environment and great teammates

The IT department is far behind in technology and is in disarray. While they do have a plan going forward they and don't have enough people to handle the workload.
