Nothing which i can think of.

There are few problems as the company is growing. Management is composed of useless bunch of people. CEO is sensible but rest in the team move like headless chicken. It's certainly not people centric. Absolutely no career growth. In my knowledge there are incidents of verbal abuse by top managers as well. Moreover, most people aren't experienced and while they say open culture actually when you express they screw you up left right and center. Don't go by the salary and great place title it's just to lure and attract candidates.
