Corporate and managers and HR can’t be bothered to really know what’s going on. They are worried about themselves. They only talk to you when they want to out on a show for appearance that they are inclusive and have a good company. Interact outside your club of elites and see what your employees really think.

GM is the world's biggest procrastinator (understaffed team, sitting projects, zero communication, etc.) Incredibly negative team, in not only sales but other departments as well as areas of the corporate office. Employees participating in inappropriate activities amongst each other. A lot of gossip and drama. Don't believe they have much room for growth unless you are favorited, as work performance is not the contributing factor to promos.
