The company is managed by a developer, and not a business person. The management that is left today is basically the only ones that will not push back against President. If you choose to make a decision that is right for the company, but doesn't make the President feel good, trouble is ahead. Pay raises for only developers and the founders of the company. If you are in one of the development groups then it is highly collaborative. Elsewhere you work in the dark.
