Thank you for your review. Indigo is committed to its long-term mission of harnessing nature to help farmers sustainably feed the planet. In service of this mission, our microbial team has continued their work in the lab during the pandemic. When possible, employees can work from home, however due to the nature of lab-based work, there are some who need to be in the lab. For those who had concerns about being in the office due to safety concerns, we worked with the employee and their managers to come to an agreeable solution. We have a scheduling process to maximize social distancing in labs, regularly conduct deep cleaning, and provide PPE for all lab employees. We also have a COVID-19 Task Force in place to continuously assess the risks and benefits of coming into the office for all employees – we take this very seriously and will continue to make decisions that protect the health and safety of our people. I respectfully disagree about your statement regarding being lied to about cleaning; we have followed all state and CDC guidelines for office disinfecting, from everyday cleaning to closing the office for deep cleaning when we have presumed or confirmed cases of COVID. If you do have specific concerns about office safety, please reach out directly to your manager or to your People BP so we can resolve issues right away.
