The ability to manage your own territory, stores are loyal and very good people. The product is the best in the business and the corporate office team are very hard workers.

Low pay but great benefits. Most have been in their positions 20+ years and don’t the vision, budget or knowledge to grow in the areas of technology, social media and just anything forward. Travel is 4 weeks out of the month which with today’s technology it’s not needed.
