      Working hours not fixed. It gets worse when you are at a senior position. Most of the teams use old technology stack, disadvantage if switching to a new company. Bad senior management for bootlickers

      learned a lot, but learned it all from people that are no longer there. It's a good industry to be in and you learn plenty from the people you sell to. IVP's product is great.

      toxic and uninterested management (only on sales side, everyone else is actually amazing and so helpful) that teaches you nothing and creates unrealistic quotas, demands you meet them with no support, steals deals from your pipeline, etc
