      - Fast paced, so there is always something new to learn - Opportunity to work with business users directly - Lot of talented people around to brainstorm ideas - Transparency among senior managers - Compensation tad less than industry standard

      Svantaggi

      - HR policies need some restructuring, 15 days of annual vacation is too less - No investment in training, pretty much one has to be pro-active

      Vantaggi

      learned a lot, but learned it all from people that are no longer there. It's a good industry to be in and you learn plenty from the people you sell to. IVP's product is great.

      toxic and uninterested management (only on sales side, everyone else is actually amazing and so helpful) that teaches you nothing and creates unrealistic quotas, demands you meet them with no support, steals deals from your pipeline, etc
