      1. If you are intern, proper 2-3 months traning is there then you are onboarded to live projects under a supervision. Internship is very structured. 2. If you join as a full time emloyee you are given to projects from day 1 and it is very great for learning purpose. 3. You get to work on variety of technological stacks. 4. HRs are very supportive in your queries or any kind of help. 5. Work Life Balance is good here.

      1. Management needs to more strong. 2. During my last days, I obesered company had turned into process oriented. You have to seek approval for everything which I thought was a waste of time and frustrating.

      It is a great company for anyone starting fresh or with 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity. Indusface provides an immense opportunity to learn in the application security space. Companies culture is top-notch, I felt confortable working here for last 6 years. Salaries are on time, great opporunities to earn incentives. I joined as an SDR-> Account Executive-> Enterprise Account Executive. I gradually progressed from closing SMB deals to enterprise deals.
