Recruitment team is now pushing to hire more People of Color, I think it’s too late. If you apply during this period, don't expect them to get back to you if you are not POC even though you are qualified. - Free breakfast and snacks are not good, they only provide very little food. They don’t even taste good. - Very flat-structured, no career growth here. - It's not true that there are a lot of smart people here, most of them just smooth-talked their way here. They don't know what they are doing, especially operations team.
