This is the best team I've worked with in my career. There is a real culture of openness and transparency. No weird politics - just good people doing great work. Also, we're always innovating / developing new products across a few different categories, so no 2 days are ever the same, which keeps things interesting and challenging. We're still a relatively small company too, which means there's loads of opportunity to make a genuine impact.
