Working in the business consulting branch, however it is more like being sold to the client for long missions. Really high turn over Consultants can't keep contact ith their team as they work full time at the client. Management not really invested in the professionnal development of consultants. Strategy is not really clear or transparent with practices closing from one day to another... The evaluation process is also not really done correctly
