If you are working there you'll be used. They have no standard no KPI no KRAs. They'll praise you one day and another day you'll be highly criticized for the same work for you got praised. Very unethical team. If you'll work there be ready for the mental torture. You might face depression because I'm still going through the trauma which they have given. you'll be treated like their slave. they do dirty and cheap politics. They will say that Saturday is off & on the other side, you'll be forced to work on Saturday. they are very inhumane, they'll deduct your salary unnecessarily, even if are hospitalized, you broke your legs, or anything and you have leave dues still your salary will be deducted. have never seen waahiyat company like this.
