Very bad employee policies and bad management

Nothing good at this company

Infiflex in one of the few stable companies in Kolkata. It has been around 15+ years. Opportunity to know Google and Microsoft products and services.

Micro-management. Strict working hours. Productivity is measured with logged in time and not actual work. No Extra Benefits, No Perks/Bonus, No Events, Only Salary that too comes on 10th of the month or sometimes later. Partiality and Favouritism is practiced openly. Tenured hardworking employees are not valued.
