Everyone is pretty supportive and open to giving you help in the directions you want as long as you're able to communicate about it and advocate for yourself. Snack corner's also quite well stocked! :)

None really that I can think of. I personally wasn't as interested in some of the work just in that it wasn't directly specific to the skills I was interested in honing but that's nothing against the company or people, just against me.

The people at IBT are easy to engage with and exceptional to work with as the leadership does a fantastic job of listening to employee work preferences and interests.

The documentation work can be tedious and monotonous if you are not used to being very detail-oriented or quality-checking work.
